Spring Challenge
Is a fun competitive wellbeing challenge.
The Challenge was created in 2017 initially as a one-off event to get everyone out in the fresh air, spend time with their friends and family and do some light-hearted team events together. It was such a success that we decided to keep it going.

Cooper Challenge
Andrew Cooper was a founding light of TBIG, with a real energy for getting the best out of people and life.
His legacy lives on in the Cooper Challenge, a special fund to make bucket-list, ‘me-time’ challenges and experiences happen. Andrew was always up for a challenge, are you?
