Eyeing new challenges and ready to lead with impact? TBIG is looking for a connected, driven leader to grow our South Island business.
What’s on offer
- Leadership role with autonomy and influence, backed by national support
- Competitive remuneration + future employee shareholding opportunities
- Strong national brand – grow our Canterbury and wider southern presence
This is a senior position leading our South Island business, comprising our Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown, and Invercargill offices, as well as projects across the top of the south.
Canterbury’s population is growing, and domestic relocation to the region is on the rise. With market conditions improving, this is a prime opportunity for someone with ambition to take our Christchurch team and broader South Island operations to new heights.
We’ve recently strengthened our senior leadership team by promoting four outstanding leaders from within TBIG into newly created Business Manager roles. This group brings deep knowledge of our business and culture, forming a strong and cohesive national management team. As the fifth member, you’ll complete this lineup, joining at a pivotal moment as we embark on the next phase of our strategic journey.
TBIG has been a strong player in the Canterbury market for over a decade, delivering award-winning projects that have made a real difference to communities in education, tertiary, and rebuild projects. This is your chance to lead locally with the backing of a respected national business, shaping our future in the region and its built form.
Whether you're ready to expand your remit beyond Canterbury, or seeking a business that offers greater autonomy and influence, we’d love to talk.
